The Rum Ration
The Rum Ration’ is one of the farms old outhouses converted into your own bar. The bar is unmanned and available for all guests to use, on a bring your own basis. Outside the bar is a terrace overlooking the local countryside towards Peronne and a large brick and oil drum BBQ.
Features of The Rum Ration
- Large open wood burning fire (wood can be purchased in the barn) and sand-bag bar.
- The walls and roof are decorated with hundreds of pieces of Great War memorabilia.
- Display cabinet houses items from the Great War that have been found in the garden during landscaping, including many bullets and cases, British, French and German, two bayonets, wire cutters, fuse tops, shrapnel balls, webbing buckles and much more.
- Large Oil Drum BBQ.
- Garden Terrace with seating.
